  • Educational demand analysis amongst the corporate partners in the cluster network

  • Adaptation of large-scale enterprise programs to SME needs
  • Definition and execution of an inter-company presentation format to allow for increased co-operation options in the cluster
  • Evaluation, selection and contracting of specialized trainers and moderators
  • Reporting towards the governmental and ESF project sponsor(s)
  • Successful application preparation and pitching for the prolongation of the project financing with the Ministry of Economics of the state of Hesse
